Interest In Tesla's EVs May Be Drop, According To Survey

Based on the Kelley Blue Book, demand in Tesla's electric vehicles may be waning in the United States. According to a recent poll conducted by the automotive website, there has been a significant drop in car shopper interest in Tesla's models. According to Electrek, KBB even claims that interest in Teslas has "plummeted."
According to KBB, buyer interest in Tesla's EV selection has declined dramatically quarter over quarter. It should be noted that this is not a year-over-year comparison. Tesla continues to sell many more cars each year than the previous year, and 2022 will set a new high for the company. KBB is only referring to interest from one quarter in 2022 to the next at this moment.
The journal said that Tesla has slid from fifth to sixth place among the most popular luxury automobile companies. In particular, the poll found that 12% of luxury customers anticipated purchasing a Tesla model in Q3 2022. In the second quarter of 2022, that figure was 15%. It may appear to be a modest dip, but it was significant.
According to KBB, the number of consumers considering the Tesla Model 3 fell by 10% in Q3 compared to Q2. Furthermore, the Model S and Model Y are no longer on the list of the most-searched-for premium automobiles, where they had both been for the previous two years.
Furthermore, while shoppers typically tend to purchase around the holidays and at the end of the year, the economy has left many individuals in a difficult position right now. With the holidays approaching or already underway.
