Ford Malaysia Offering 20% Saving This Festive Season On Selected Parts

Ford Malaysia today announced its year-end and Chinese New Year (CNY) service promotion beginning 1 December 2022 to 21 January 2023.

According to Turse Zuhair, Managing Director, Sime Darby Auto ConneXion-Ford, “Domestic travel has been on the rise post-pandemic. With the upcoming Christmas, New Year and Chinese New Year holidays falling on long weekends, more people will be travelling and connecting with loved ones. We hope this latest promotion will help our Ford customers stay safe on the roads while enjoying more savings”. 

During this service promotion period, customers who book for servicing will enjoy a 20 percent savings on absorbers, brake pads, brake fluid, battery, wiper blades, and upper and lower radiator hoses and coolant. However, this service promotion does not apply for the next-generation Ranger, Raptor and the next-generation Everest. All Ford vehicles would also be treated to a complementary 27-point vehicle inspection by Ford-certified technicians.

Furthermore, when servicing your Ford at an official service facility, you are assured that only Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts are used and it comes with a warranty of 12 months or 20,000km, whichever occurs first.

Should you require a further peace of mind, customers can sign-up for the Ford Extended Warranty Plan’s PremiumCare package which extends your vehicle's standard five-year manufacturer’s warranty to up to seven years. However, customers would be required to purchase the PremiumCare package before three years or 100,000km, whichever comes first to qualify.

Now for customers who believe in long term cost savings, there is the Ford Extended Service Package (ESP) which has to be purchased before the first service. With the ESP, customers would be able to pay upfront for scheduled services for up to five years. By doing so, long term gain is seen in the cost savings of locking-in the current parts prices.
