New Range Rover SV Lansdowne Edition, Sells-out Almost Immediately

Land Rover has unveiled a brand-new special edition of the Range Rover SV during the reopening of its updated Mayfair boutique showroom in London, UK. Called the Landsdowne Edition, the ultra-luxury SUV commands a hefty £250,000 (approx. RM1.3 MIL) each, and just 16 units are planned.
According to the automaker, each Range Rover SV Landsdowne Edition unit will have a special specification created by SV Bespoke, including "specially curated exterior and interior colour combinations and exclusive design details."

The exterior is dressed in Lansdowne Grey Gloss with a Corris Grey Gloss roof, whilst the 23-inch forged wheels come finished in Corris Grey Satin and Black Satin. In addition to that, there’s a black chrome two-piece metal script badging plus a variety of SV Anthracite and Graphite Atlas exterior accents.
On the powertrain front, there’s a twin-turbo 4.4-liter V8 outputting 523 HP and 749 NM. Said outputs go to all four wheels though an 8-speed automatic box.
On board, the cabin, door cards and dash are covered with Rosewood and Ebony leather upholstery. The centre console and the dash also sports Moonlight Chrome inserts, Satin Black ceramic controls, and Black anodized metal highlights.

At the rear, the cargo area of the special edition SUV could transform into a Tailgate Event Suite via convenient leather cushions. As a final touch, the illuminated treadplates are adorned by "SV Bespoke – Lansdowne Edition 1 of 16" lettering to highlight the SUV’s exclusivity.
Despite its astronomical price tag, that didn't stop 16 wealthy people from signing their names on the dotted line to buy the most luxurious version of Range Rover’s signature ultra-luxury SUV.
