Refreshed 2025 Rolls-Royce Ghost Series II Quietly Debuts With Subtle Changes
-full.jpg)
This is the refreshed 2025MY Rolls-Royce Ghost Series II that was just announced earlier this week, and it sports mild aesthetic tweaks inside and out.
Renowned British luxury automaker Rolls-Royce revealed a refreshed iteration of its smaller-sized Ghost saloon earlier this week. Like the refreshed Phantom and Cullinan we detailed prior, this updated 2025 model year version of the second-gen Ghost also adopts the ‘Series II’ moniker.
Aesthetic changes are plenty, but subtle and mild to say the least. Noticeable exterior tweaks sees the Ghost Series II now don new and slightly slimmer headlights featuring different new LED elements, new taillights inspired by the Spectre electric coupe, and new 22-inch 9-spoke wheels.

Subtle tweaks include slimmer new headlights, Spectre-inspired taillights, new 22-inch wheels, plus a tasty new paint choice called Mustique Blue.
Typical of the Goodwood-based coachbuilding marque, the exterior can be dressed from a selection of over 44,000 hues through the marque’s Bespoke service. New here though is a tasty Mustique Blue shade pictured.
On board, the cabin appears virtually unchanged and continues to see a pillar-to-pillar glass panel in the dash housing the centre infotainment touchscreen and digital instrumentation for the driver – or, in this case, chauffer.

On board, the cabin remains virtually unchanged, but the instrument display can now be customised in colour through software coding, whilst the rear seat displays can now accomodate two devices connected.
Notably, the instrument display sees new customisation choices to suit any buyer’s taste. This is done through new coding entered by RR’s software team, and this ensures no one else can replicate the scheme as well.
Like the Series II Phantom and Cullinan, the Ghost Series II benefits with updated tech through the adoption of a new Spirit software suite for its digital interface. Included here too is the incorporation of the marque’s exclusive Whispers owners' smartphone app.
Passengers seated in the back seat, on the other hand, can now stream up to two devices on each of the rear screens present. Said displays are also matched with an updated 1,400-watt 18-speaker audio suite lining the cabin.

Another key update here is the new Spirit software that brings integration with the exclusive Whispers smartphone app for owners.
Customers with a knack for commissioning custom interiors will be glad to know that RR has adopted a new wood material trim choice called Grey Stained Ash. New here too is a Duality Twill special fabric produced out of bamboo.
According to RR, the latter new fabric took a year to develop, and said option adds 20 hours to the build process. It’s a labour-intensive option to specify indeed as it requires 11 metres of thread to form 2.2 million stitches.

Those seeking more power and a darker attitude to match can also still opt for the Ghost Series II in Black Badge guise.
Aesthetics aside, what has been retained though is the Ghost’s signature powertrain. Under the hood, the Series II version continues to harness a 6.75-litre twin-turbo V12 mill outputting 563 HP and 763 NM to drive the rear wheels via an 8-speed automatic transmission.
Like before, those seeking more performance can opt for the Ghost Series II in Black Badge form, which sees said V12 mill output higher figures of 591 HP instead whilst its transmission gets reprogrammed for quicker shifts too.

Typically, the driver-focused Black Badge guise also brings forth its own array of unique customisation options inside and out.
Like before, this driver-focused guised comes with its own set of darker, blacked-out aesthetic personalisation options. Highlights of the latter include prolific use of dark chrome and carbon fibre, not forgetting exclusive 22-inch wheels.
No prices were stated, but naturally, with anything that bears the coveted ‘Spirit of Ecstasy’ ornament proudly up front, the refreshed 2025 Rolls-Royce Ghost Series II will command serious money indeed.
