TNG E-Wallet Now Supports LPR Parking

Touch 'n Go eWallet now offers Licence Plate Recognition (LPR) parking, which allows for automatic entry and exit at selected parking lots. With this feature, your license plate number is scanned upon entry, and the calculated parking fee is automatically deducted from your eWallet balance upon exit.

To use LPR parking, activate it in the TnG eWallet app by going to "My Favourites", selecting "More", and entering your license plate number. You can register up to ten different license plate numbers on your account. The feature doesn't require a minimum balance. However, please note that if the e-wallet balance is insufficient at the time of exit, the barrier will remain closed until payment is rendered. Under such circumstances, users may elect to utilize a Touch 'n Go card or replenish their e-wallet balance.

Currently, the LPR feature is operational in only 12 locations across Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Penang, and Sarawak. The company has stated its plan to expand the availability of this service, as announced through their social media channels.
