iCaur Petaling Jaya Hosts World’s First iCaur 03 Delivery With Collector JP Chin
Renowned local car collector JP Chin (centre) and his son TM Chin (right) taking delivery of the world's first iCaur 03 EV SUV customer unit at iCaur Petaling Jaya earlier this week.

With Malaysia being home to the ‘world’s first iCaur brand showroom,’ perhaps the next bit isn’t a big surprise. Recently, iCaur Petaling Jaya – operated by authorised dealers Karrus Automotive Group – hosted the ‘world’s first iCaur 03 deliver’ event.
Fittingly, said dealers handed over the first iCaur 03 EV SUV customer unit to renowned local car collector JP Chin – founder of the famed JPM Museo. Said EV SUV was handed over to Chin in a small ceremony held this week at the newly opened iCaur Petaling Jaya showroom on Sept 10.
With that, the first iCaur 03 customer unit delivered now join Chin’s renowned collection that includes supercars, hypercars, rare classics, plus a slew of enthusiast-favourite exotics and oddities – you can see and read about this collection by clicking here.

Not only elated, Chin also expressed plans to further customise his iCaur 03 further, as well as to create of community for the brand and iCaur 03 owners.

Not only elated, Chin also plans to further customise his brand new iCaur 03, which was delivered to him dressed in its white paintjob scheme, and match the look of the Land Rover Defender – arguably one famed 4x4 SUV that loosely ‘inspired’ the iCaur 03’s looks.
Additionally, Chin also expressed his intent to build a community with both the brand and its owners. The latter is expected to grow over time as more deliveries commence, more so when planned local assembly (CKD) starts next year too.
The unit handed over to JP Chin was a range-topping iWD guise – one of two variants offered locally – priced at RM129,800. The other variant is of course the base 2WD (RWD) guise that’s available at an even more accessible RM119,800 figure.
