MCE Holdings Berhad (MCE) has entered into a strategic collaboration with Huizhou Foryou General Electronics Co., Ltd. (ADAYO) to advance smart mobility solutions in Malaysia and across ASEAN.

The two companies signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) during the China-Malaysia Supply Chain Collaboration Programme in Hangzhou, co-organised by the Malaysian Investment Development Authority (MIDA) and Jetour Automobile Malaysia.

The MOU was signed by Wei Song, Sales Director of ADAYO, and Goh Anne, Group Executive Director of MCE. The signing was witnessed by Noor Suziyanti Saad, Director of the Transportation Technology Division at MIDA

This collaboration focuses on the development, localisation, manufacturing and marketing of smart-cockpit and smart-driving solutions. Areas covered include in-vehicle infotainment, cockpit domain controllers and connected-vehicle systems.

MCE will lead manufacturing and supply in Malaysia and ASEAN, while ADAYO will contribute its technology platforms, product development expertise and technical support.

MCE Group MD, Dr. Goh Kar Chun, said the partnership strengthened MCE’s role in supporting automakers to localise their offerings, while nurturing Malaysia’s supplier base and talent pool.

Founded in 1993, ADAYO has established itself as a leader in smart-cockpit and smart-driving systems for global automakers. Its expertise spans sound and image processing, navigation and positioning, human–machine interaction, smart voice, connected intelligence and advanced driver assistance technologies.

Through this partnership, MCE and ADAYO aim to drive greater adoption of next-generation mobility solutions in the region, combining global innovation with local manufacturing strength.
