Jazeman Jaafar brought the the excitement of motorsports to MAS 2025 on Saturday by rolling out his race-winning machine and announcing his next racing endeavour.
The on-going Malaysia Autoshow 2025 (MAS 2025) happening at MAEPS, Serdang isn’t just an avenue for the industry to showcase new metal, it was where new endeavours by key figures across various automotive fields were announced too.
One of which that took place last Saturday and it saw local racecar driver Jazeman Jaafar taking centre stage. Besides showcasing a recent race-winning machine, the 32-year-old racing ace also announced his latest competition plans for the year.
Besides his upcoming Wildcard stint in the Super GT Malaysia race weekend slated for June, Jazeman revealed at MAS 2025 that he will race once again with the 33R Harmony Racing team for the upcoming Shanghai 8 Hours enduro event too.
The 32-year-old racing ace revealed on Saturday that he will continue racing with China-based elite racing team 33R Harmony Racing this year in the upcoming Shanghai 8 Hours event.
“I am thrilled to officially announce that I will race with 33R Harmony Racing once again later this year for the Shanghai 8 Hours event. Together, we hope to repeat the same success we charted together in Sepang earlier this year,” said Jazeman.
Both Jazeman and the elite China-based racing team proved their winning synergy earlier this year in the 2025 Motul Sepang 12 Hours event. As a refresher, Jazeman led the elite China-based team’s driving trio to victory in an eye-catching Garfield-liveried Ferrari 296 GT3.
Like Sepang 12 Hours, the Shanghai 8 Hours event is set to attract a field comprised of the region’s finest professional GT racing teams and drivers, which in turn will birth high levels of competition too.

The announcement event also doubled up as a meet-and-greet session with local fans for Jazeman.

Showcased at Jazeman's booth located in Hall D too was the 33R Harmony Racing Team's race-winning Garfield-liveried Ferrari 296 GT3 racecar.
“I also want to extend my gratitude to 33R Harmony Racing for their trust and faith in me for the Shanghai event. This is arguably one of the region’s toughest events, but I believe we have what it takes to get to the top together,” added Jazeman further.
Besides announcing this new racing competition endeavour, Jazeman also held a special meet-and-greet session with fans and visitors at MAS 2025. Showcased at his booth in Hall D throughout the show too was the winning Ferrari racecar mentioned.
Apart from racing, 2025 is proving to be a big year for Jazeman off-track too. Highlights include the establishment of RWB Collective managed by his own Persona Energy Sdn Bhd firm. Business aside, the 32-year-old is also expecting his second child with his wife very soon.
