Porsche has given us a glimpse of the new Cayenne EV's interior and, notably, it boasts a myriad of screens.

Porsche is heading a step closer towards fully revealing the long-awaited all-electric next-gen Cayenne flagship SUV.  At this point, we’ve deduced that it is pretty quick, and it will even boast a highly trick 11 kW wireless charging tech. Now, we get a glimpse of its screen-heavy innards.

Not only did Porsche brimmed the cabin with a high count of screens, but the automaker also went as far as creating one with “the largest display area of any Porsche to date.” Present here firstly is a 14.25-inch digital instrument panel, and an optional 14.9-inch passenger screen.

Firstly comes a 14.25-inch digital instrument panel. Next comes an optional 14.9-inch passenger display screen.

The latter is meant to flank what Porsche touts as a "Flow Display” setup that brims a massive 12.15-inch OLED display panel that extends downwards and into the centre console to house most of the climate control interface. Physical control are few and far between.

Unlike the Taycan, the Cayenne EV merges the separate central screens into a single unit to create a similar impression as a super-sized folding smartphone. A hand rest sits in front of the sweeping display to make using both the lower portion of the screen and adjacent switches easier.

Primed front and centre is a unified 'curved' display that Porsche touts as 'Flow Display' setup featuring a 12.15-inch OLED display panel that extends downwards into the centre console.

Closer inspection also reveal that the central air vent has been relocated to the top of the dash to better accommodate the unified ‘curved’ central displays detailed prior. Beyond that comes an 87-inch augmented reality head-up display (HUD) present as well.

Elsewhere, Porsche is also set to equip the Cayenne EV with its largest ever panoramic glass roof. It will reportedly be split across nine segments, each capable of switching from opaque to clear with the touch of a button. Notably, it also opens at the front like a regular sunroof.

Porsche goes on and further touts the Cayenne EV offering more personalisation than ever via 13 interior colour combinations, four interior pacakges, five accent packs, extended ambient lighting plus five digital themes.

Porsche further claims the new Cayenne EV offers more personalisation than ever. It includes 13 interior colour combinations, four interior packages, five accent packs, extended ambient lighting, and five digital themes.

Additionally, there are new Mood Modes that coordinate lighting, climate, sound, and seating to match the driver’s preferences.

Screen-ruled interior aside, new materials have also made the cut here, where as the leather upholstery now comes in Magnesium Grey, Lavender, or Sage Grey. The optional Race-Tex interior with Pepita-patterned textile option, on the other hand, is billed as a nod to Porsche’s heritage.

Preliminary specs revealed by Porsche also indicates the Cayenne EV will pack a 113 kWh lithium-ion battery pack with a 7% higher density, up to 600 M Range plus ultra-fast 400 kW DC fast-charging.

In range-topping form, the Cayenne EV should put out up to 1,037 hp and 1,500 Nm to see sub-3-sec 0-100 km/h sprints.

Next, Porsche also teased preliminary specifications, like the fact that the range-topper will have up to 1,037 hp and 1,500 Nm outputs to enable sub-3-secs 0-100 km/h sprints, sub-8-secs 0-200 km/h sprints, and a V-max well above 250 km/h.

Porsche continues on by confirming a 113-kWh capacity for the lithium-ion battery pack boasting a 7% higher density to yield up to 600 KM range. The firm even touts ultra-fast 400 kW DC charging abilities, promising 10-80% re-charge cycle in about 15 minutes.

Otherwise, expect the usual Porsche performance hardware and formula starting with air suspension, followed by optional rear-wheel-steering (RWS), massive 440 MM front and 410 MM rear ceramic brake rotors, electronically controlled diff lock, and more.
