Omoda | Jaecoo closed Sept 2025 on a high note, delivering 32,840 vehicles worldwide, its strongest month yet for exports. In just under two and a half years since launch, the brand has already passed 630,000 cumulative sales.

From Jan to Sept alone, total deliveries reached 244,522 units, up 39% compared to the same period last year, a sign of its growing strength in global markets.

Sales gains were broad-based across key regions. In Latin America, markets like Brazil and Mexico continued to respond well to models tailored to local tastes and driving conditions. Mexico stood out, posting a 40% month-on-month jump in Sept.

In Southeast Asia, Thailand led the region with more than 4,000 units sold in a single month, a record for the brand. Over in Europe, Omoda | Jaecoo managed to buck the wider slowdown in the industry, exporting 11,663 vehicles thanks to its focus on quality and compliance with Europe’s strict safety and environmental standards.

New energy vehicles have been the main force behind this momentum. In Sept, they accounted for 57% of total exports, or 18,999 units. For the first nine months of the year, NEV sales topped 110,000 units.

Models such as the O5 SHS-H and J7 SHS have been key to that success. The O5 SHS-H alone has sold more than 10,000 units in just three months, while the J7 SHS added 6,471 sales in Sept and over 70,000 this year across ten markets including Malaysia, Thailand, the UK, Spain, Italy, Australia, Brazil, and Mexico.

Both make use of the brand’s Super Hybrid System, combining low fuel use with smooth hybrid performance that suits everyday driving.

Omoda also recently unveiled its flagship hybrid, the Omoda 9 SHS. The new model packs a Quad-Motor all-wheel-drive plug-in hybrid system delivering 395 kW and 650 Nm of torque, enough to sprint from 0–100 km/h in just 4.9 seconds. It will make its first public run at the Chery User Summit 2025, showing off what the brand’s latest technology can do.

Behind the strong numbers is a clear strategy. Omoda focuses on stylish crossovers that blend the comfort of a sedan with the versatility of an SUV, designed to appeal to younger, design-conscious buyers.

Jaecoo, meanwhile, caters to those who want something more rugged, premium and a balance of off-roader with refined luxury.
