Musk is most likely visiting to see the new Tesla office and the infrastructure that is available and required to make the brand a success here.

After signing an RM22 billion nickel supply agreement, Tesla has expressed interest in developing a battery production facility in Indonesia. Recently, Musk met with India's Prime Minister Narendra Modi to discuss establishing a Tesla manufacturing facility in India.
