New Lotus Kuala Lumpur Flagship Store Officially Opens
The new Emeya electrifc four-door GT's launch yesterday also doubled up as the grand opening of Lotus Cars Malaysia's swanky new Lotus Kuala Lumpur Flagship Store.
Apart from expanding its local line-up by launching the new Emeya electric four-door GT, Lotus Cars Malaysia (Lotus Karz Sdn Bhd) seized the opportunity to also flaunt its new dedicated flagship outlet during said occasion.
Located in Glenmarie, Shah Alam, specifically along the Jalan Juruhebah U1/50 stretch of the bustling Temasya Industrial Park, the sprawling new outlet represents an extension of Lotus Cars Malaysia’s sales network in Malaysia.
The new Lotus Kuala Lumpur Flagship Showroom is located in Glenmarie, Shah Alam, specifically in said bustling auto district's renowned Temasya Industrial Park.
Christened as the Lotus Kuala Lumpur Flagship Store, the one-floor outlet occupies a 1,765-square-foot space. Housed within it is a sizeable 987-square-foot dedicated showroom space, which also features two delivery bays, a customer lounge and a dedicated merchandising area.
Critically, the showroom side of things also houses a novel configurator room that serves as a dedicated space for prospecting Lotus Cars buyers to customise and spec out their own Lotus.
Inside, new metal from the Hethel-rooted marque are presented in a sizeable 987-square-foot showroom space.
As it is an official Lotus Cars outlet, it bears the latest Lotus Cars corporate identity first seen in Bahrain back in 2021. It is said to feature a dark “sculptural and artistic” aesthetics motif that, according to the Hethel-rooted marque, is drawn from its design and engineering prowess.
Though not mentioned or elaborated much, it’s also worth noting that the Lotus Kuala Lumpur Flagship Store houses a dedicated service centre within its premise. This side of the outlet aptly serves to render after-sales support for all its customers.
Critically, the new Lotus Kuala Lumpur Flagship Store will now operate in tandem with Lotus Cars Malaysia’s existing Lotus Store in Pavilion Damansara Heights that opened earlier this year. The latter is set to complement the former, adds Lotus Cars Malaysia.
Other key highlights include a customer lounge, dedicated merchandising area, as well as a novel configurator room. Also present but not elaborated much (or even pictured) is a dedicated service and after-sales centre.
"Malaysia has always been a pivotal market for Lotus. With the opening of this state-of-the-art showroom, we're not only bringing our latest innovations closer to our Malaysian clientele but also reaffirming our commitment to the region," says Datuk Seri Syed Faisal Albar, Chairman of Lotus Cars Malaysia who was present during yesterday’s Emeya launch.
Keen to pop in for a visit to view the brand’s metal up close? Perhaps cop some official Lotus Cars merch or may be spec out your very own Emeya, Eletre or Emira? Then take note, the Lotus Kuala Lumpur Flagship Store operates Mondays through Saturdays from 8:30AM to 5:30PM, and from 10AM to 4PM on Sundays and Public Holidays.
