Honda e:N1 Open for Booking – 500 KM NEDC Range, Q2 2025 Launch
![]()
Honda Malaysia has officially opened bookings for its first battery electric vehicle model, the Honda e:N1.
Following its initial preview at the Kuala Lumpur International Mobility Show (KLIMS) late last year, Honda Malaysia has finally opened the bookings for its first-ever battery electric vehicle (BEV) model, the Honda e:N1. This all-electric crossover can now be booked via Honda Malaysia’s official booking website, where it will make its Malaysian debut sometime later in Q2 this year.
As the brand’s first BEV product, the e:N1 underpins a dedicated EV platform known as the e:N Architecture F, featuring a front-wheel drive (FWD) setup that promises to deliver smooth acceleration and precise control across various driving conditions.

Powering the e:N1 is a single FWD motor setup rated at 201 HP (150 kW) and 310 NM, allowing this EV crossover to accelerate from 0 to 100 KM/H in 7.7 seconds, en route to its 160 KM/H V-max. Juice is provided by a 68.8-kWh lithium-ion battery pack, which is good enough for up to 500 KM of NEDC range, Honda claims.

In terms of design, the e:N1 is essentially an EV-fied version of Honda’s popular compact SUV model, the HR-V, as it features the same coupe crossover bodystyle with some EV-specific design changes. This includes a grill-less front face that houses its charging port a la Chery Omoda E5, full LED headlights and taillights, 18-inch dual-tone alloy wheels, a new white ‘H’ badge to symbolise its all-electric powertrain setup, a new Honda typeface at the tailgate, and many more.

Dimension-wise, the e:N1 is more or less the same as the HR-V, spanning 4,380 MM long, 1,790 MM wide, 1,592 MM tall, and a wheelbase of 2,610 MM. This also puts the e:N1 on par with some of its B-segment EV SUV rivals, such as the aforementioned Chery Omoda E5, the BYD Atto 3, and the recently previewed MG S5 EV.

On the safety front, the e:N1 is equipped with a range of active and passive safety features, with the former coming courtesy of the Honda SENSING ADAS suite. Besides the usual ADAS bits, the e:N1 also comes with Blind Spot Information (BSI) with Cross Traffic Monitor (CTM), thus making it the first Honda Malaysia model to feature it.

As we mentioned above, bookings for the all-new Honda e:N1 can now be made via Honda Malaysia’s dedicated booking portal or, alternatively, via the HondaTouch mobile app. Keen prospects can also visit selected Honda dealerships or call Honda’s toll-free number at 1-800-88-2020 or log on to Honda Malaysia’s official website.
