- 2025 Audi Q7 CKD Bookings Opened – Est. RM469,000 to RM489,000
PHSAM officially announced today that order books for the upcoming 2025 Audi Q7 CKD are opened with estimated prices ranging between RM469,000 and RM489,000.
Audi brand distributors PHS Automotive Malaysia (PHSAM) announced today that bookings for the upcoming 2025 Audi Q7 CKD are now opened at all authorised dealers. Critically, today’s announcement includes an estimated price ranging between RM469,000 and MR489,000.
As a refresher, plans to localise the four-ringed marque’s MLB Evo-platformed flagship 7-seat luxury SUV model were first revealed in Feb this year by PHSAM. Following that, the firm then opened Registration of Interest (ROI) online for it last month too.
The MLB Evo-platformed second-gen Q7 model first debuted in 2015, and received its second facelift sometime last year.
The second-gen Q7 model, which underwent a second facelift last year, will be Audi’s first luxury SUV to be localised both in Malaysia and the ASEAN region. It will be built in Pekan, Pahang, presumably alongside its VW-badged Touareg R-Line sibling that’s also marketed by PHSAM.
Mechanically, the upcoming Pekan-built Q7 CKD is set to harness the same 3.0-litre V6 TFSI turbo petrol mill with a 48-volt mild hybrid system as its VW-badged twin mentioned. In turn, this promises identical 340 PS and 500 NM outputs as well.
Paired with the marque’s signature quattro all-wheel-drive (AWD) setup and an 8-speed ZF automatic box, the Audi Q7 CKD should despatch 0-100 KM/H sprints in 5.6 secs and reach an electronically capped V-max of 250 KM/H too.
PHSAM had confirmed prior that the Q7 CKD will feature a three-row, 7-seat layout.
Besides that, we now know that the kit list is set to include even more goodies all around such as soft-close doors, a HUD, heated and ventilated seats, and more.
In terms of kit, the Pekan-built Q7 CKD is set to boast Audi’s latest signature HD matrix LED headlights with laser high beams, the sporty S Line exterior styling package with 22-inch Audi Sport dual-tone wheels, sport-tuned adaptive air-suspension, as well as rear-wheel-steering (RWS).
Other features revealed in today’s announcement sees even more goodies confirmed too. Key highlights include quad-zone automatic climate control with heated and ventilated sports seats, heads-up display (HUD), as well as soft-close doors, amongst many others.
As for safety, a myriad of ADAS features are set to be included too, namely autonomous emergency braking (AEB), adaptive cruise control (ACC) with stop-go function, lane-keeping assist (LKAS), blind-spot monitor (BSM), and more.
Estimated price and confirmed specs for the 2025 Audi Q7 CKD as released by PHSAM today.
Besides confirming key specs and putting forth an estimated price range, PHSAM also notes it will officially launch the 2025 Audi Q7 CKD next month (May), but didn’t specify an exact launch date for which.
We’re willing to bet the firm could seize the opportunity and launch the localised new luxury 7-seat SUV offering publicly at the Malaysia Autoshow 2025 (MAS 2025). Said expo takes place at MAEPS, Serdang from May 9 to May 15.
