The launch comes shortly after its recent public preview showcase held at the Starhill Gallery in Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur. It is positioned as a compact, boxy SUV designed for both city commuting and weekend exploration.

Like the iCaur 03, both V23 variants come bundled with the brand’s comprehensive after-sales package. This includes a 7-year or 150,000 KM base vehicle warranty, an 8-year or 160,000 KM battery warranty with one-to-one replacement should battery health (SOH) fall below 70%, plus an 8-year or 160,000 KM warranty covering the drive motor and control unit.
Each purchase also includes a V2L adaptor worth RM500 and a portable charger worth RM700.

Early Bird Rewards continue as well. The first 1,000 customers will receive a complimentary 7kW home home charger worth RM3,400, a auxiliary 6.86" digital instrument cluster worth RM1,000 and an extended battery, e-motor and power unit warranty worth RM3,000 covering up to 10-year or 200,000 KM.
Visually, the iCaur V23 embraces a bold, boxy form accented with retro-modern elements. It features a squared, high-riding stance supported by 21-inch alloys (iWD), LED Matrix headlights with DRL, 540-degree camera module with transparent chassis view, fixed side steps, hidden door handles and a rugged rear utility box integrated into the tailgate.

Sitting 4,220 MM long, 1,915 MM wide with up to 210 MM of ground clearance, said dimensions deliver genuine off-road posture. The SUV also boasts 42-degree approach and 41-degree departure angles, plus water-wading ability of up to 600 MM.
Underneath, the 2WD variant pairs a rear-mounted e-motor with a 59.93 kWh LFP battery producing 136 PS and 180 Nm. As for range, up to 360 KM NEDC (306 KM WLTP) is touted, whereas 0–100 km/h sprints are despatched in 11 seconds en route towards a limited 140 KM/H V-max. Charging speeds sees both 6.6 kW AC and up to 85 kW DC.

The iWD variant brings a more powerful dual-motor AWD setup paired with a larger 81.76 kWh NMC pack, producing 211 PS and 292 Nm. Century sprints are quicker at 7.5 seconds, and there’s longer range too - up to 430 KM NEDC (366 KM WLTP). DC fast charging increases to 104 kW while AC remains at 6.6 kW. Both variants support V2L output of up to 3.2 kW.

Inside, the V23 presents a tall, airy cabin with generous headroom and a clean retro-modern layout. A large 15.4-inch 2.5K infotainment display powered by a Snapdragon 8155 chipset is present in the dash, complete with 5G connectivity and wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity, amongst many others.

Other cabin highlights include a retro-inspired AC control panel, a 65-watt fast charging pad, electric reclining front seats, black leather upholstery and a 50/50 split rear bench that expands cargo capacity to 744 litres.
Safety and assistance systems mirror the brand’s latest offerings. The V23 comes with a full Level 2 ADAS suite, a 540-degree all-view camera system, parking assist, tyre pressure monitoring, hill start and descent control, an NFC keycard and a Bluetooth key.

As for its chassis, the iCaur V23 combines both a MacPherson strut front and five-link rear suspension setup. Other key hardware include ventilated disc brakes all around, electric power steering and a body constructed using 70% high-strength steel.

Following its introduction, the iCaur V23 is now open for bookings at authorised dealerships nationwide, and is available in six exterior colours: Off-Road Orange, Khaki White, Slate Silver, Carbon Black, Army Green and Gravel Grey.
