Hennessey Venom 1200 Upgrade For The Ford Mustang Shelby GT500

As it is, the Ford Mustang Shelby GT500 is already galloping with 760 Hp and 847 Nm of torque, but for the people at Hennessey that just won’t do.

They are now offering the Shelby GT500 a Hennessey Venom 1200 package that is far more powerful and capable of pushing the Mustang beyond its standard limits.

It features upgrades such as a high-capacity 3.8-liter supercharger, a high-flow induction system, a new fuel injection and drainage system, and a retuned seven-speed dual clutch gearbox.

Combined, the package is able to disperse an outstanding amount of power, as high as 1,204 Hp and 1,223 Nm by using E85 fuel.

Besides that, each unit will come with a numbered plaque, specific exterior badges, and a choice of livery designs that can be customized by the owner.

For instance, the red, white and black livery adorned in these images is inspired by the Ford GT40 that raced in the 1966 Daytona 24 hours, and it cost USD 4,950 (MYR 23,399).

Only 66 units of the Venom 1200 will be made, and each starts at USD 59,950 (MYR 283,114). The price excludes the cost of a Shelby GT500, which tags at USD 79,420 (MYR 375,061).

That said, before every delivery, each of the units will undergo a dyno test to ensure that it is capable of producing the power that was promised.
