New Aston Martin DBX707 AMR24 Bows With F1-inspired Styling

New Aston Martin DBX707 AMR24 stands as homage to the marque's Formula 1 racecar and Medical Car.
Lawrence Stroll-led British luxury sportscar marque Aston Martin continues to capitalise on its brand presence in Formula 1 racing. This week, the Gaydon-based automaker unveiled a new special variant of its DBX707 super-SUV inspired by the marque’s Formula 1 endeavour.
As you can tell from its name, the new Aston Martin DBX707 AMR24 is supposedly inspired by the brand’s current Formula 1 racecar piloted by both Fernando Alonso and Lance Stroll, as well as the official Medical Car it supplies. Effectively, it’s also a direct follow up from the previous DBX707 AMR23 special the marque released last year.

Also a follow up from the AMR23 special released last year, the new AMR24 special can be specified in this special Podium Green-Lime Green paint combination, as well as Onyx Black or Neutron White with Trophy Silver accents.
However, exterior changes in this new 2024 model over the 2023 version it succeeds are minimal. It continues to be offered exclusively dressed in Aston Martin’s Podium Green hue matched with bright, contrasting lime-green accents, the latter donned on much of its carbon fibre aerokit’s extensions.
Besides that, customers can elect to commission the DBX707 AMR24 in either Onyx Black or Neutron White hues with Trophy Silver accents instead. Other unique touches to the AMR24 special include brake calipers painted in Racing Green or AMR Lime Green, and a bespoke engine plaque.

23-inch Fortis wheels are offered exclusively in satin or gloss black finishes in the AMR24 special. Unique here too are the brake calipers which can be dressed in Racing Green or AMR Lime Green.
Also unique to the AMR24 special are its rolling stock. Primed on each corner is Aston Martin’s 23-inch Fortis wheel design that can be finished in either satin or gloss black hues.
The real difference can be seen on board as the DBX707 AMR24’s cabin is starkly different from the AMR23 version. However, this also largely stems from the base DBX707’s mid-life refresh that debuted earlier this year with new a dash, vents, gear selector, steering wheel, and digital displays.

The biggest differences can be seen on board as the DBX707 AMR24 carries over much of the changes and revisions seen in the recently updated 2024MY Aston Martin DBX707 model released earlier this year.
The cabin of the DBX707 AMR24 gets the Inspire Sport trim as standard, with the choice between an Onyx Black with Lime contrast and pipe stitching combination, or Onyx Black with Eifel Green alternative instead. Standard-equipped too is a 1,600-watt, 23-speaker Bowers & Wilkins audio suite.
Like its AMR23 predecessor, the new Aston Martin DBX707 AMR24 special doesn’t gain any heightened performance to match its enhanced styling. It continues to harness a Mercedes-AMG-supplied 4.0-litre V8 twin-turbo heart lifted from the base DBX707 model offering 697 HP and 900 NM.
As a refresher, said powerplant is mated with a trick 9-speed automatic transmission and all-wheel-drive (AWD) suite. Unchanged here too is said base version’s claimed 0-100 KM/H sprint time of 3.1 secs and electronically-capped 310 KM/H V-max.
